Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship to Romania, across Europe, and worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping HollySaleShop ships internationally to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
